Every sanctioned match has to pass through a federation reviewer before it runs. Today that happens by email, PDF attachments, and follow-up phone calls. DynaSanction replaces all of that with one tracked, audited workflow.

Organizer corrects in DynaStage, resubmits. Sanctioner sees what changed since last review. Loop continues until approved — every iteration is tracked.

Every status change, every comment, every resubmission timestamped and attributed. Federations get a complete record of how each match was sanctioned.

Submit

Match Director finishes designing stages in DynaStage. One click submits the complete docs package to DynaSanction. Sanctioner gets an email with a review link.

Review

Sanctioner walks through stages, leaves comments on anything that needs fixing, then either approves or returns with comments. No ambiguous status.

Loop or done

If returned, organizer fixes in DynaStage and resubmits — reviewer sees the diff. If approved, the match is cleared, and the federation reference is logged.

Questions

Who is the sanctioner?
A reviewer designated by your national federation (BDS, SWS, ÖSCH, etc.) — usually a senior IPSC official who's authorized to approve matches at a given level. They sign into DynaSanction with their own account.
Does my federation use DynaSanction yet?
DynaSanction launches with BDS support and is built to extend to other federations. If yours isn't onboarded, get in touch — we'll work with them on the rollout.
What does the sanctioner see?
Only the submission packet — stage designs, briefings, rule validation results. They don't see registration data, shooter analytics, or anything from other modules. Just what they need to review.
Is the audit trail accessible?
Yes. Federation officials and the originating organizer can export the full review history of any sanctioned match — every comment, status change, and resubmission, with timestamps.
